Receiving mold results can leave you with a lot of questions. While our inspectors focus on understanding the building, Jessica with Charisma Healing, offers optional mold recovery coaching for clients who want additional support navigating what comes next.

 

With a background in Integrative healing, Hypnotherapy, HeartMath® and nervous system regulation, Jessica helps clients understand practical lifestyle strategies that may support their recovery journey. She can also share educational resources and approaches that she has found helpful through her work and experience with mold-affected individuals.

 

Support may include nervous system regulation, stress-management tools, creating a healthier home environment, educational resources, and helping you organize the many pieces of the recovery process so it feels less overwhelming.
